The Islip Fire Department is currently excepting applications for new members. In order to be considered, you must be: at least 18 years of age, a US Citizen and live within the Islip Fire District. You must also have a High School Diploma or GED and must pass a physical examination.
If you are interested in becoming a member please download the attached application, or stop by Fire Headquarters and pick one up. You can drop off the completed application or mail it to the address provided below:
